After running for more than a month, the average pace of 5 kilometers finally reached within 6 minutes, which was the record of the circle of friends at that time.

It's the same with running, when you develop a habit, it all seems much easier. I gradually started to enjoy running, and when it was time to run, I would unconsciously think of running. With the accumulation of running volume, my pace has improved to within 5 minutes. Even in the hot summer, I often go out for running. These circles of friends record my mood at the time.

At that time, I felt that the students who could run 10 kilometers were particularly good.
