It mainly provides customers with container-based products and services in the form of private cloud and hybrid cloud to help them achieve agile digital transformation and intelligent upgrade; currently serving nearly 100 large enterprises, such as China UnionPay, China Merchants Bank, Haier, etc.
As the earliest container technology and product promoter in China, Caiyun Technology has accumulated profound expertise in container technology. Bytedance has been actively embracing cloud-native architecture at the infrastructure level and is a heavy user of container technology. The acquisition of Caiyun will further strengthen Bytedance's container technology.
Volcano Engine is an enterprise-level intelligent technology service platform launched by ByteDance in June this year. It productizes ByteDance’s internal technical capabilities, growth concepts and tools, and opens it to corporate customers.
