Qt creater appears "failed to start the program, path or permission error" one of the solutions

After installing Qt today, create an empty window program. After running, it prompts "Startup program failed, path or permission error". I spent 3 hours repeatedly uninstalling and installing different versions and various online solutions to the application, all of which were invalid. Finally, I tried metaphysics and restarted and found that the problem was solved.

So, if the experience is the same as mine and still struggling with how to solve the friend, you might as well restart it.
