Cause: because the background nginx has started too much!!!
Turn off all of these and restart one and it will be OK!
No error is reported, OK!!!

The above solution may be unsuccessful. It may also be caused by the path. I set up the environment again today. I found that a nginx was started. But the error was reported. After troubleshooting, I found that the path was written and
