I encountered this problem when I started a VUE project a few days ago, share it, and hope to help everyone.
Check the hard-core machine:
Go to Baidu
and check node sass to get the results. Open the command line tool, node -v, and check the node version.
You can reinstall node if it doesn't meet.
Recommend a simple and brainless method.
Right-click on the desktop>Display Settings>Application>Find node>Uninstall
