On October 17, Qtum Qtum launched the new mainnet Qtum2.0, this time the block height is 466,600. This is the largest version iteration since the Qtum mainnet went live in 2017, marking Qtum's entry into the 2.0 new era. In the first week of Qtum2.0's new mainnet launch, how did the on-chain data perform?
The Qtum blockchain mainnet completed the first hard fork related to the Qtum 2.0 upgrade at 15:21:20 (GMT) on October 17, 2019 (GMT), which is consistent with expectations. The hard fork is running smoothly and a lot of tests have been conducted. The same hard fork has been running on the Qtum blockchain testnet on September 20, 2019. After five days of stable operation of the mainnet upgrade, the improvement effect from QIP-9 (improved block interval) can be clearly observed on the Qtum mainnet.
