At the same time, SDE can be regarded as software based on a client/server model of a large relational database, that is, relative to the client, SDE is a server, providing an interface for spatial data services, and accepting all spatial data service requests; pages are relatively dry to the database server , SDE is the client, providing a database access interface for connecting to the database and accessing spatial data.
