TI KeyStone I DSP[C665x and C6678] | Video Tutorial

TMS320C665x is based on TI KeyStone C66x multi -core fixed-point/floating-point DSP TMS320C665x . Single-core TMS320C6655 and dual-core TMS320C6657 are pin-to-pin compatible, and have four times the multiply and accumulate capability of C64x+ devices at the same frequency. TMS320C6678 is based on TI KeyStone C66x multi-core fixed-point/floating-point TMS320C6678 DSP, which integrates 8 C66x cores to support high-performance signal processing applications. Now based on two embedded DSP development boards, I will share with you the C66x series of development video tutorials originally created by Chuanglong, mainly introducing:

TI's latest DSP CPU core architecture C66x and KeyStone I architecture DSP C6655/57 and C6678 tutorials . This video tutorial Chuanglong mainly divides it into three parts to explain: C66x overview, C66x basic introduction, C66x module detailed explanation and multi-core development .

The overview part mainly introduces the C66x core and DSP processor.

The basic introduction part is Hello LED! Take an example to guide everyone through the complete process of DSP development, so that they have a certain understanding of the DSP development process as a whole.

The module detailed explanation part explains the development of DSP interrupts and main peripherals such as PCIe SRIO. The last part explains the multi-core development of dual-core C6657 and octa-core C6678, mainly explaining basic IPC [interrupt + shared memory], open multi-core development framework OpenMP development based on shared memory, and multi-core development based on TI IPC components.
