GAMIT recompile and upgrade

Recompile:

If you modify the parameters in the files in the GAMIT installation directory, such as some parameter items in libraries/Makefile.config

MAXSIT 80                                                                                  

MAXSAT 40

MAXATM 25

MAXEPC 8640

Need to recompile.

Run ./install_software. That is, recompile and install.

upgrade:

Download the installation package and copy to the installation directory

Run install_updates to install.
