From a digital perspective, there are more than 300 million people and 15 million organizations on DingTalk. A large number of companies are working through DingTalk and through the cloud, especially through methods such as video conferencing and remote office work. .

The public service field also carries out work through digital means and digital applications. There are probably more than 1 million civil servants working on DingTalk in Zhejiang Province, and they generate about 10 million messages every day. For Alibaba Cloud, we have solved a very big problem in the past ten years, that is, the problem of cloudification of an infrastructure. The same is true for Alibaba. We use distributed systems to solve some of our own problems, because we originally used e-commerce as a platform. The e-commerce platform is a very complex Internet application. If the original solution is used to do it, I think it is impossible to have so many Internet companies today, because the cost is very expensive.

At that time, we were talking about whether we can turn distributed technology into a facility for all other companies in the society to use. In this case, there is still a problem to be solved, how to bring some scheduling capabilities on top of distributed technology, and bring some management and control capabilities, this is the most simple concept when the cloud was born. Alibaba itself also came here. We solved Alibaba's own problems through a distributed system ten years ago. Since ten years ago, we have used systems like Alibaba Cloud to solve the problem of socialization of our own technical capabilities. Our internally developed system is called "Flying Cloud Operating System" . Alibaba Cloud has successfully solved the problem of resource cloudification through the Feitian Cloud operating system. But today I think this is not enough. Enterprises not only need to solve the problem of IT resource service, but also solve the problems of intelligent, digital, and mobile applications for them. So we hope that on the cloud, we can provide a more complete platform.

As you all know, in the past, our software development was highly dependent on hardware, and the operating system shielded the hardware. We hope to use more capabilities as a component to redefine the development method of the above software system applications. For example, we currently serve about 15 million organizations on DingTalk, 95% of which are small and medium enterprises. Of course, there are also very large organizations. We also took a look. Like Alibaba itself, there are probably more than 1,500 applications on our platform. Many of our customers, including government and enterprise, have more than 1,000 applications.
