The outgoing bandwidth is also called the downstream bandwidth, that is, the bandwidth flowing from the ECS instance. No matter the classic network or the proprietary network VPC, the outgoing bandwidth is up to 200 Mbps. The network access bandwidth is also called upstream bandwidth, that is, the bandwidth that flows into the ECS instance. The maximum value of the inbound bandwidth is affected by the outbound bandwidth: When the outbound bandwidth is less than 100 Mbps, the inbound bandwidth is at most 100 Mbps. When the outgoing bandwidth is greater than 100 Mbps, the incoming bandwidth is consistent with the outgoing bandwidth you purchased.
