Formal division of work

Due to the epidemic situation, the team conducted several online meetings to discuss the soft industry project. Here is a brief introduction to the team members: Zhang Guangzhan (leader), Deng Huan, Zhang Fanfan, Li Yujia, Luo Jiahao. Our team has already performed a simple division of labor when writing requirements documents. Since I started with database design and static page display at the time, I simply divided the work:

  • Zhang Guangzhan and Deng Huan are responsible for the client APP and database, mainly for static page design.
  • Zhang Fanfan, Li Yujia and Luo Jiahao are in charge of the administrator website system, which is also the static page design.

The above tasks, namely static page display and database design, have been completed before the requirement document is submitted. Since we will add logic and data interaction to form a dynamic page, our team has carried out the second formal division of labor:

  • The client APP is still in charge of Zhang Guangzhan and Deng Huan, including page style improvement and logic functions.
  • The administrator website system is still in charge of Zhang Fanfan, Li Yujia and Luo Jiahao, and also includes style improvement and logic functions.
  • As for the background server part, Zhang Guangzhan and Deng Huan are responsible for processing requests and operating databases.

At the meeting, everyone also agreed that as a team, if they have any questions or encounter problems, they should be asked to discuss together and continuously improve the project. For example, in the course of the second task, everyone also found some parts of the previous requirements document that needed to be modified. For example, a certain attribute of a table in the database, modifying it may make the interaction between the front end and the background more convenient, and also better meet the actual needs of customers. Well, everyone has cleared their respective tasks, and the next step is the liver code!
