First, Win + R opens and runs, enter cmd and press Enter
(the host name is followed by ping, DESKTOP-OJ7R2JN is my host name, do not write.)
Enter

ping DESKTOP-OJ7R2JN

$git clone https://github.com/Ha3MrX/DDos-Attack

then

$cd DDos-Attack    

And then

$chmod +x ddos-attack.py    

At last

$python ddos-attack.py

Just enter the IP address and port.
