2. The main accounting and auxiliary accounting have the same fiscal year variants. If you use FB50L for accounting, you need to configure the voucher type and coding range of the auxiliary accounting.

3. The fiscal year variants of the main account and the auxiliary account are different. When using F-02 for bookkeeping, the document type and coding range of the auxiliary account must be configured, otherwise the voucher cannot be entered

Note: In this case, the accounting document generated by the auxiliary account is based on the document type and coding range of the auxiliary account

4. If the auxiliary account is used alone during the posting period,

     Use F-02 for bookkeeping, the posting period of the auxiliary account does not take effect,

     Use FB50L to keep accounts, the posting period of the auxiliary account will be effective.

Example: The account period of the main account is opened in 202004, but the auxiliary account is not opened. Use F-02 for bookkeeping. Both the main account and the auxiliary account can be entered normally. When the auxiliary account is entered using FB50L, it cannot be entered.
