About whether the in in sqlserver will go to the index

Basically, each table has the fields CreateTime, UpdateTime, Creator, and Updator. Many fields do not need these fields for query. Is it possible to build a separate table and store multiple source fields for these fields ( Table name + primary key), maintain this table when inserting and updating
