The systematic thinking map has already appeared in the homework of the German elementary school. In the US high school stage, the Netherlands and Singapore began to make decision-making training from the ZF learning system thinking as early as 1992.
Learning systematic thinking is not difficult because it happens every day, but learning the ability to think systematically is a long and difficult road. Today ’s problem is yesterday ’s solution. How much we have done to waste extra resources is because we have n’t been able to see very far, yet have n’t fully grasped the ability to see the structure and break through the growth limit to build a second engine. Nowadays, in the process of coaching and observing the business management level, it is found that entrepreneurs of all sizes in the same area have some same mental models when making decisions, so that they can know the collective mental model on the same land.
Organizational training is much more complicated than individual learning. Dynamic complexity can no longer be analyzed and solved by static quantitative tools. Entrepreneur mental models are sometimes related to the rise and fall of an enterprise, but also to dozens, hundreds, or even tens of thousands of families.
Today, I turned out the calendar book of the international school and found that this part of the training method is training a consultant. From the "methodology", "research", "evaluation / evaluation" and "process", we mentioned that many of us adults only learn Tool method. We have spent a lot of time doing individual learning, confusing the "individual learning" and "team learning" of a group of people, and the difference is very far away.
Team learning, the learning and training of “systematic thinking” in investing in an organization, is investing in the future of the organization.
