4. Regular meeting time
Since we need to have at least 10 regular meetings in 2 weeks, we chose to take a day off every Monday, meeting at 12:30 noon from Tuesday to Friday, and meeting at 21:30 on Saturday and Sunday evening. At the meeting, we will report on the progress of the work, communicate difficulties, and make the next step of planning.
