QtCreator signal conversion Qt5 style connector slots

This method may be less Qt5 old version signal is converted to Qt5 slot connection style connector.

Instructions

1. Point your mouse connect function name ;
2. Right select Refactor -> Convert For Connect () to 5 Qt Style .
