solution:

In the catalog /apache-jmeter-5.2.1/bin, open the file named jmeter.properties with the vi editor,
find server.rmi.ssl.disable = false, replaced true, and in front of the # removed

Save the configuration adjustments to restart jmeter-server can be restored to normal.
