[Database] ArcGIS 10.6 Database_Server_Desktop space to install, connect to the database service, create an enterprise-class database

Since the author has been using SQL Server 2008 R2 Developer Edition, before you create enterprise-class database in ArcGIS are based on SQL Server 2008 R2 Developer Edition installed separately, and today we demonstrate the installation ArcGIS10.6 own database service (SQL Server 2014 Express edition ), connect to the database and create the database service.
