Preparatory
3DSlicer download and install:
3DSlicer official website ( http://www.slicer.org ) or download ( https://download.slicer.org ), the plug should be noted that currently only supports the latest 3DSlicer Preview version (4.11.x)

Install plug-ins (extension tool)

Click [Install Slicer Extensions to enter the Web page to install the plug
We need to plug in the top right corner of the search and install, the installation is complete click [Restart] button to restart 3DSlicer, plug-in installed
Cutting image

Click [Segment Editor] button to enter the page image segmentation
[Effects] and then find the bar, select [Nvidia AIAA], as shown: Then, click [start] button to start automatic cut Model Select [Auto-segmentation bar] [bar] segmentation_ct_liver_and_tumor

Note: Nvidia AIAA Server] in [bar, default 3DSlicer remote server, sometimes not connected, you can set up your own server, see my other tutorials.
