Question 2: use on other computers PL / SQL Developer Oracle remote connection service, Chinese data still appear as question marks (garbled)
Solutions and exactly the same as above, is added to the new environment variable:
Variable Name: NLS_LANG Variable value: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK
