VS2017 Nuget reduction package fails

Before you follow a lot of nuget package, upload to github I go up, I thought this would not nuget each to download, the download is actually triggers nuget reduction package, but today found a new restore your computer fails, the following records the process of solving it

Nuget package failed to restore solutions

1. Open the Tools - Options -Nuget Package Manager - Package source
   
2. Click the plus sign in the upper right corner, the source added https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/, click OK, you can reopen the project.
