报错Unable to access Android SDK add-on list
Online method is to click Setup Proxy, configure HTTP Proxy, select Manual proxy configuration, configure the server address, but I tried all of the following servers are unable to download the SDK.

So adopt changes hosts file to download SDK.
Change the hosts file
dl.google.com
Enter the site http://ping.chinaz.com/, conducted dl.google.com ping detection of
selected mainland shortest response time of the IP address.
Enter cmd ping test this IP address
can ping the (IP address dl.google.com) join hosts file
modify the C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts
203.208.40.35 dl.google.com
Download Wizard Wizard data
Click Setup Proxy, configure HTTP Proxy, select No proxy, click OK to
return to an error page, click Cancel, enter the following interface
Click Next, configure the Android SDK path
Click Next
Click Finish, the wizard began dl.google.com download data from
downloading data to complete the wizard
Click Finish to enter the welcome page
Download the SDK data
Click the lower right corner Welcome page Configure, select the SDK Manager, the list of visible of the Android SDK
you wish to download the SDK
can follow through https://mta.qq.com/mta/data/device/os Android version distribution trends in different periods
so I chose to download the following several versions
click OK
select Next, start the download
wait for the download to complete
