Make sure you have already installed and configured Android Android Studio development environment.
Flutter plug-in installation
In android studio, select the "Plugins" -> "Broswer repositories" -> Enter the search flutter, and then click to install
Create a new project Flutter
After installing the plug-in and restart flutter android studio, there will be "Start a new Flutter project"
