2.3.2. Signal-to-ClutterRatio

在许多情况下,主要的干扰不是噪声,而是杂波。

In many scenarios,the dominant interference is not noise, but clutter.

因此,信杂比(SCR)通常比信噪比(SNR)更为重要。

Consequently, thesignal-to-clutter ratio (SCR) is often of more importance than thesignal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

对于体杂波、波束限制面杂波和脉冲限制面杂波情况,可以通过式(2.11)给出的接收目标功率与式(2.25)、(2.30)或(2.32)给出的接收杂波功率之比得出SCR。

The SCR is easilyobtained as the ratio of the received target power, given by Eq. (2.11) to thereceived clutter power, given by Eq. (2.25), (2.30), or (2.32) for the volumeclutter, beam-limited area clutter, and pulse-limited area clutter cases,respectively.

在以上各种情况下,诸如发射功率和天线增益等系统参数都被抵消了。

In each case, suchsystem parameters as the transmitted power and the antenna gain cancel out.

这是因为杂波和目标信号都是雷达发射脉冲的回波;功率或天线增益的增加会同时增大两种回波的强度。

This occurs becauseboth the clutter and target signals are echoes of the radar pulse; increasingpower or antenna gain increases the strength of both types of echoes equally.

因此,SCR只是目标RCS与导致杂波的总RCS之比。

Thus, the SCR justbecomes the ratio of the target RCS to the total RCS of the contributingclutter.
