开始实操
1.下载DLL源代码
https://github.com/quartznet/quartznet/releases
这里下载的是
Quartz.NET 2.6.2，（最开始下载3.0.5但不知道什么原因生成不了，鉴于个人水平问题还是以后继续研究）
解压后将 ~\Quartz.NET-2.6.2\bin\4.0\release\Quartz下的三个文件进行加载。
1.Common.Logging.Core.dll
2.Quartz.dll
3.Common.Logging.dll
运行一下Quartz官网给的小例子，看看能不能实现功能？
