在打印输出设备中大部分都是默认A4 A5纸张大小，不过也有特殊情况会有其他大小的纸张打印，配置如下：
TCODE:SPAD
定义完Page format，定义format type
选择 sapscript在smartforms中就可以使用了
ABAP smartforms 添加新page format 20190520
