当MySQl数据库版本和JDBC驱动版本不一致的时候，需要设置“userSSL”才能连接。
例如：

			<property name="url" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/electronicbusiness?characterEncoding=utf8&amp;useSSL=true" />

而且在XML中，“&”符合需要写成“&”。如我上面代码所示！
