failed to find Build Tools revision 23.0.2 Install Build Tools 23.0.2 and sync project

Error:Cause: failed to find Build Tools revision 23.0.2
         Install Build Tools 23.0.2 and sync project

错误描述：AndroidStudio打开项目显示此错误；

错误原因：打开的项目module的build.gradle中配置了buil-tools 23.0.2版本

 buildToolsVersion "23.0.2"

但是SDK中没有build-tools 23.0.2版本

解决方案：

 第一种：通过sdk manager下载build-tools的23.0.2版本；

 第二种：配置sdk manager中已下载的build tools版本信息；
