快速解决ERROR_ Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement xxx (from versions_ none)

解决办法：
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple chardet

好吧换源也不是万能


错误原因：TensorFlow2版本中删除了contrib包
