Some users reported that when using EasyCVR, the directory of the GB device is duplicated. In response to this feedback, we immediately investigated and resolved it.
1) After checking the database, it is found that there are indeed two cases with the same name but different GB codes, indicating that the data is normal.
2) Grasp the sip signaling to check, there are also these two directories, indicating that the process of storing data in the database is also normal. After careful inspection, it is found that the first directory does not need to be pushed up, because the directory ID is consistent with the device ID, but if the lower level is pushed, two identical directories will be displayed.
Analyze two directories with the same name. One directory ID is consistent with the device ID. This consistent directory is actually unnecessary and can be filtered out in the code. When the directory ID is consistent with the device ID, skip writing to the database.
