centos7 YUMのpython3をインストール

次のようにインストールは次のとおりです。

# 安装epel源扩展
[user@kubernetes ~]$ yum install -y epel-release    
# ..........
# ..........

# epel源已经更新到python3.6.8版本
[user@kubernetes ~]$ yum install python36 python36-devel python36-libs
