Android は、現在のアプリケーションがメッセージ通知を有効にしているかどうかを判断します (9.0 をサポート)

怠惰だったのでコードを直接投稿しました

これをMainActivityのonCreate()で書きました。これはメインページに入って確認するのと同じです。
