The upper and lower levels synchronized packet capture and investigation, and found that after the local cascade signaling port went out, it became another port, and it was judged to be a problem with this port. The lower-level local port 5061 is cascaded to the upper-level, and then forwarded through another port, but the retrieval message is still sent to port 5061, so it cannot be received.

 

 The problem of port change requires the site or the upper platform to modify this mode:

1) The local site needs to ensure that the outgoing port is the same as the local one, and use a public network server;
2) The upper-level platform needs to be modified to not bind the lower-level domain port to ensure that the push port is consistent with the retrieval port.
