014_ coding in the end is how is it?

 gbk encoded stream is not only use gbk encoding open it? Why will also turn into gbk encoding to utf-8, then use utf-8 encoding to open it?

Coding and not that of a string of binary encoding gbk table to match it? Does not change the underlying binary ah, there is no way to utf-8 encoding to match ah?

We are originally from binary (gbk) into text gbk, gbk now we converted from text to binary (utf-8) This is not to convert it!
