Today found SharePoint2010's User Profile sync job there is no synchronization error normal. Because the more urgent the need to manually synchronize user profile, making check not triggered automatically sync job in question.
So how to manually perform the User Profile job of it? This paper introduced.
details as follows:
1. In the installation path "... \ Progrm Files \ Microsoft Office Servers \ 15.0 \ Synchronization Service \ UIShell", find and open miisclient.exe with Administrator;
2. In the pop-up window, job execution order for listed below;
a. DS_DELTAIMPORT
b. DS_DELTASYNC
c. MOSS_DELTASYNC_ID
d. MOSS_EXPORT_ID
e. MOSS_DELTAIMPORT_ID
3. Wait After all the job, check the user profile sync success.
