  但毕竟,这是一小部分人,就像某大厂的高P,某大厂的高T等等,但事实上,LZ相信,哪怕你爬到了更高的位置,也有相同的压力等着你,只不过相对会小一点而已,因为你依旧会面临着被开和出去后找不到更好的工作的风险。

  所以,很早之前,LZ就说过,应对“中年危机”最好的办法,就是尽快实现财务自由,这样你自然压力就小很多了。

  当然了,所谓的财务自由,不是说让你挣个大几千万甚至上亿,一辈子都花不完那种才叫财务自由,LZ所理解的财务自由,就是你基本上没什么债务,有固定的住所,简单的说就是你随便干点啥也能维持基本的生活,这就叫财务自由了。

  至少你不会担心哪一天你拿不到高薪了,连饭都吃不起,最多是生活上节省一点而已。

  聊了聊“中年危机”,我们再回到刚才的话题,当遇到天花板的时候,面试就会像LZ这次一样,很多公司并不是不要你,而是给不了你满意的薪水。

  给的低了,你不满意,毕竟跳一次槽不容易,不涨点工资谁都会觉得不划算,而给的高了,人家又给不起,或者是不想给,最后只能是一拍两散。

  这也是LZ这次面试这么不顺利的原因之一,有大约一半以上的公司都是这样的情况。

  当然了,这或许也是大厂同学跳槽的劣势,因为大厂的工资(特别是总包算下来)高一些,所以如果不去同等级别的公司,想要保持当前的薪水甚至更进一步,难度就会大很多。

  这也是为啥大厂同学跳槽相对会少一些的原因之一,不仅仅是因为公司本身不错,值得长期待下去,也有一个很重要的原因,是很多人根本就跳不出去,因为比较高的待遇或者是股票期权,导致很多人被限制在了公司,除非你愿意舍弃一部分利益,否则就很难出去了,尤其是杭州这样的二线城市或者说准一线城市。

  如果是北京的话,可能会相对好一些,毕竟北京的大厂多,能给得起工资的公司也多,所以出来以后找工作难度会低一些。

  所以这再次提醒了我们,如果你觉得你目前的薪资和待遇已经到了天花板,或者接近天花板,那跳槽的时候,一定要放平心态,适当降低心里预期,否则你可能会十分的不适应这种变化

  在这里,给大家一个工资区间参考值,大家可以看下你是否处于这个区间当中,如果高过这个区间,说明你算是比较优秀的,如果低于这个区间,那说明你还仍需努力。

  不过要注意,以下内容仅适用于杭州(如果是北上深的话,请在杭州的基础上加5000,如果是广州则和杭州一样),而且仅供参考,如有不符,概不负责,成年人要有自己的判断力。

  在杭州,1年或以下的同学,大部分都是5K-1W的月薪,3年左右,一般都会提升到1.5W-2W左右,5年左右,一般会提升到2.5W-3W左右,至于5年再往上,区别就比较大了,比如有的人升的快,可能7、8年的时候就年薪百万甚至更高了,但有的还停留在年薪30-40W之间,也就是和月薪3W时没啥大的变化。

  说完区间以后,我们再来说说杭州的两个常见的天花板。

  其实在杭州这个地方,3W(或者说年薪35W-50W)就是第一个天花板了,再提升一个档次,就是年薪大约50W-70W的这批人,这也是第二个天花板。

  再提升一个档次,就是年薪大约70W以上甚至超过百万的人了,这些人就不讨论了,一般这种人跳槽都不太会考虑工资了,因为如果考虑工资,就这些人目前的收入,往往是不需要跳槽的,或者说是不能跳槽的,因为他的收入可能有一大部分来自于股票期权,跳槽了就没了。

  LZ说这两个常见的天花板是什么意思,其实就是当你年薪处于30多万,或者50多万的时候,你跳槽的时候就要格外的注意,因为这个时候你想更进一步,往往需要打破一定的天花板,也就是你要有质的提升,否则的话,你可能很难跳入下一个档次中去。

  换句话说,你的工资从30W提升到50W(才60%),比你从10W提升到30W(涨了2倍)要难的多,而且甚至可能一直升不上去,这就是所谓的天花板了,它不比你从10W提升到30W,最多是快慢的问题,从30W到50W,或者从50W到70W,可能你很长一段时间也上不去,甚至到你换行退役的时候还没达到都有可能。

  所以一旦达到这个天花板的时候,跳槽时就要格外的谨慎了。

  当然了,还是那句话,成年人要有自己的判断,切勿人云亦云,不要太纠结于LZ提到的数字,自己有没有到天花板,自己心里是要有点X数的,哪怕你当前月薪还不过万,也有可能这就是你的天花板,-_-。

  

  

第三个原因——行业限制

 

  行业限制,没错了,就是它。

  因为行业上的限制,也是导致LZ这次跳槽颇为不顺利的原因之一。

  LZ之前的行业,准确的来说是云计算PaaS领域。

  LZ刚开始跳槽的时候想的很简单,想去一个小点的公司当个基层或者中层领导,拿个高薪,舒舒服服的开始下半辈子的奋斗。

  现在来看,LZ这个想法在当时其实有点想当然了。

  为啥?

  很简单,因为跨业务或者说跨行业的话,你对业务不够了解,那你就失去了一个很大的优势,尤其是对于从大厂出来的人来说,就更是如此,毕竟如果你是个小厂,你的那点业务经验人家一般不会看在眼里。

  举个例子,某多招人的时候,最喜欢哪里的人?一般是某宝或者某猫的人。

  为啥?

  因为业务类似,而你又有中国这个行业顶尖公司的经验,那么不管你的技术叼不叼,就你的业务经验,就最起码值年薪2、3十万,因为相同业务场景下所遇到的技术难点,你在老公司一般都会遇到过,或者有一些了解,这就是经验的价值所在了。

  技术做的越久你就越会发现,任何一项技术,在没有经历过足够的验证之前,都是一大堆坑在等着你趟。而这些趟坑的过程,对于公司来说其实是一种损耗,如果你有过往的经验,就可以在这方面大大的减少弯路。

  所以假设你进一家公司,单靠技术或其它能力本来可以拿30W年薪的,而如果刚好你有相同的行业经验,同时你之前的公司又是这个行业比较顶尖的,那或许最后你的年薪会溢出30%-50%,也就是达到40W-45W。

  这点相信其实也不难理解,但LZ比较悲催的是,云计算这个领域的公司实在是太特么少了,特别是做PaaS的,又是在杭州的,那就更是少之又少,一个手的手指头都特么用不完,还特么能剩四个,也就是除了LZ的老东家以外,基本上只有一家。

  这也就意味着,LZ跳槽除了这一家公司以外,基本上靠的就全是技术和其它综合能力,那点之前的业务经验或者行业背景,基本上没有用到,最多只能算是聊胜于无。

  这也是为啥LZ连个小公司的领导都拿不下来,人家总不能招一个对业务啥也不知道的人来带团队吧。

  什么?

  你说你可以学习?

  不好意思,人家招leader是来带领和引导团队的,不是让你来学习的。

  或许在极度缺人的情况下,有的公司会退而求其次,但当前的市场氛围,显然很少有公司有这个闲心,而且LZ的云计算背景毕竟是极少数。

  所以这就尴尬了,让你做开发,你不愿意,工资也提不上去,谁让你原来太高了呢,让你做领导,你对业务又不了解,没有相应的行业技术积累,哪怕你技术再吊,但作为一个leader,技术能力只是一方面,丰富的业务经验和该业务场景下的技术沉淀也很重要,所以这就难受了。

  这也让LZ深刻的意识到,行业在职业生涯中后期对于程序员的重要性。事实上在很多程序员眼里,对于业务是没有什么概念的,总觉得做P2P也是做,做云计算也是做,做电商也是做,感觉都一样的。

  不得不承认的是,在初期确实是无所谓的,但越到后期,就越重要。

  所以LZ在此友情提示下,跳槽的时候,如果可能的话,还是尽可能保持自己的行业优势吧,同时记得选一个比较有前景,对口公司也比较多的行业,否则的话,要吗等你跳槽时这个行业已经垮了,要吗就像LZ现在这样,特么的根本就找不到对口行业的职位。

  什么?

  你说啥行业有前景?

  LZ只能告诉你:“我特么哪里知道,/捂脸。自己判断吧,这东西谁能说的好,就跟房价是涨还是跌一样。”

  

    

第四个原因——生活限制

  

  最后一个原因,这个相对占比低一些,但也确实是原因之一,就是生活上的限制。

  比如最典型的距离,这也是买房为数不多的坏处之一了吧,因为LZ的房子比较偏,所以在工作的选择上,就比较受限制。

  就拿刚才说的,那唯一一家和LZ对口行业的公司来说,特么离LZ家里有40多公里,来回一天将近90公里的距离,这特么怎么玩。

  如果是租房就不存在这个问题了,就像以前在北京租房时换工作,基本上不太会考虑距离的问题,大不了就换个房子租。

  除了距离以外,还有一个限制,就是工作时间,目前LZ也算是上有老下有下,不太可能像年轻时那样,经常加班到晚上11、12点,甚至凌晨1、2点,因此找工作就不能找太累的。

  比如杭州某公司、杭州某公司还有上海某公司这种,哈哈,自己猜吧,这些都是相对比较辛苦一些的公司,当然了,报酬也是大大滴,就看你愿不愿意拿命换钱了。

  其实就算不考虑家庭,就LZ自己的体力来说,也不允许再这么搞了,以前还好,现在熬夜加班的话,LZ已经远远不如以前那么能熬了。

  所以,随着生活上逐渐稳定,你的负担会越来越重,对你的限制也会越来越多,难免会对你的职业生涯产生一定的影响,但相应的,这些负担往往也是幸福的源泉

  到底孰优孰劣,个中滋味还是大家自己去体会吧。

  

  

跳槽后的生活

  

  虽然跳槽时各种纠结,也各种头大,但不得不说,跳槽后的生活还是十分Happy的。

  薪资有了涨幅,工作有了变化,认识了一大堆新同事,学习了一大堆新知识,整个人都会处于一种积极亢奋的状态。

  事实上在跳槽之后,很多人听到LZ跳槽后第一反应都是这样的,“啥?你跳槽了?卧槽!你为啥要跳槽?XXX那么好的公司,你走了岂不可惜?”

  面对这种排比疑问句,LZ都不知道该咋回答,难道好公司一旦进去了就得从一而终吗?那每年从那些大厂出去的人,都是脑子抽了吗?

  非也,也可能是混不下去了,/捂脸。

  开个玩笑,其实LZ早就说过,公司和老婆一样,不是要找最好的,而是要找最适合的。

  LZ在老东家呆的时间也不短了,3年说长不长,说短不短,虽然收获了很多,无论是技术上还是经济上,但不适合就是不适合,不能单纯只看钱多少和公司的大小,就决定这份工作的好坏,更何况这次薪资还涨了,而且新东家也是一家规模颇大的公司。

  其实回想起来,当初LZ来杭州是十分仓促和盲目的,当时LZ就冲着两点就来了,一个是杭州,因为房价低好落户,一个是大厂。

  至于公司团队文化是否匹配,工作内容是否喜欢,行业是否有前景,以及未来行业对自己职业的影响,等等吧,LZ压根就没考虑过。

  所以,从生活上来说,LZ这是一次十分成功的跳槽和换城市,但是仅仅从工作上来说,其实16年那次从北京到杭州的跳槽并不是那么的理智。

  当然了,大厂所带来的光环和优势,是很多公司无法相比的,这在程序员的圈子里,也算是进北大清华进修过了。最起码吃过猪肉,也看过猪跑了,可以说程序员的人生已无憾事。

  在此要特别感谢一下当初招LZ进来的老板,还有LZ的老东家,可以说,当初跳槽到杭州,以及之后在老东家的这3年,改变了LZ的下半生。

  来杭州以后,每次LZ和媳妇回忆起当初在北京,挤在一个10平米的小次卧里,七八个人一起抢厕所的日子,都觉得人生真的是有趣。

  谁能想到当初月薪6000都兴奋的睡不着觉的LZ,现在能拿着年薪XX的收入,谁又能想到当初无依无靠在北京漂着的LZ,如今能住上自己的房子老婆孩子热炕头,谁又能想到当初每天人挤人的站在公交车里上班的LZ,如今能开着自己的豪车上班。

  谁又能想到,当初意气风发的LZ,如今已经快秃了头,-_-。

  回忆总是感慨,但终归是过去了,目前LZ在新东家干的风生水起,未来的日子也还要不断前行。

  在此,LZ衷心的希望所有的程序员们,能够依靠自己的努力,攀上你以前想象不到的高峰。

  虽然这个高峰,可能还在某些大佬的山脚下,-_-。
