这个话题争议性比较大，从公司角度来说，签约的劳动合同仅从根据公司业务需求层面和规定工作时长上去完成应有工作任务。其他的均为业余时间，如果业余时间所完成的代码算公司的，是否公司对于业余时间还要付相应的薪酬。
但是对于业余的定义又该如何划分？
是除工作时间外还是工作时间内中完成既有工作任务之外的时间？两者的区别还是挺大的，谁又能说的清楚呢。
