jumpserver Version: 1.4.8

Recently jumpserver system test mail can be sent properly, create users, passwords and other log back strongly suggest that sent successfully, but not send mail

View celery.log log also nothing useful tips, and later found a similar problem in jumpserver the issue in https://github.com/jumpserver/jumpserver/issues/3399the solution as follows:

重启redis
systemctl restart redis（重启前先登录redis，选择3号库执行bgsave）

重启jumpserver所有组件

./jms restart all

看redis中持久化的文件就几十kb，不知道是不是celery key队列拥堵导致的
