2019年的4月，语雀正式对外开放，王保平在后台看着客户量的曲线上升，很欣喜看到很快有几千家企业入驻，不止于阿里生态圈的公司，还有北京、深圳、广州的科技创业公司，以及学校、博物馆、公益等组织也与语雀搭上了线。
当然，也有迟迟不敢按下“确认键”的企业。

每两周拜访几家客户的习惯延续至今，有的还不止去一次，每次对方都准备好几页的问题和诉求。
