1. Restart the computer, continuously press F8, safe mode command prompt in the advanced options appears;
2. Select the administrator account in the window that appears, open a command window administrator;
3. Enter the command: et user AA 123456 / add. The password will be changed to 123456.
4. Restart the computer, enter the password: 123456, you can log on the computer.
