榜单整体对比去年同期都平平无奇，非要说的话，PostgreSQL、MongoDB 与 MySQL 这三者的份额变化分别是 +0.7、+0.6% 与 -0.6%，这几个数字在榜单中算比较大的了。
另外值得一提的是，对比另一个数据库排行榜 DB-Engines 12 月份的数据，可以看到前 5 名的排位是完全一致的：
