根据经济规律,当供大于求时,自然就会造成市场价格的下跌。而对于公司来说,很难对公司内现有的老员工实行降薪。于是,减少老员工数量,增加新员工数量就成为了最好的人力成本战略。

 


于是,这些因素的综合作用,造成35岁就成为了互联网行业的“中年”危机。

 

因此,对于那些可能面临“中年”危机的程序员来说,不论是进还是退,都应该提前几年做一些准备。
