1 Introduction
The use of supervised learning problems can be divided into two categories: regression and classification problems.
2 regression and classification problems
Regression: If we predict the result of a continuous numbers indicate that we will establish a mapping between multiple input variables in continuous function, then the problem is called regression.
Classification: If our forecast is based on the results of discrete form of representation that we will more input variables to establish a mapping relationship with a number of different categories, such a problem is called classification.
