You can get this error message in the following two scenarios.

1. If your system is running slow, due RAM, process, or you have opened a lot of heavy applications. Sometimes because the process is running in the background.

2. You have deployed a large number of applications or 3 or 4 applications that use frames Spring, Hibernate and the like.

Just follow the steps given below, it will solve your problem.

1. Double-click the Tomcat v7. x servers on the local host

2. Expanding timeout stop time (in seconds) from 15 seconds to 50 seconds or more

3. Press the Save button or the Ctrl + S

4. Close After restarting tomcat, if you still get the same message, increase the timeout again.
