01/ Introduction to Polkadot
Polkadot, as a pioneering multi-chain technology platform, is committed to realizing interconnection between different blockchains. Its innovative Relay Chain and Parachain architecture provides efficient and reliable solutions for cross-chain communication between blockchains. By introducing the Substrate framework, Polkadot has built a flexible and scalable ecosystem, providing developers with a wealth of tools and resources, and promoting the continuous evolution of the blockchain industry.
02/Activity Introduction
Hello everyone! This seminar event was organized by 0xU Hong Kong University Student Blockchain Community, and united with 13 university chain associations. We hope that through this event, university students will have an in-depth understanding of and participate in the construction of the Polkadot ecosystem, and provide everyone with ways to start a business and find employment. Welcome to our seminar on the technical upgrade from Polkadot 1.0 to 2.0. At this event, we were fortunate to invite Parity engineer Mr. Zhou Jun as the keynote speaker, who gave us in-depth insights into Polkadot technology upgrades.

Get a deeper understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem and Substrate framework, and explore their role in building blockchain applications and innovation.
2. Parity and Web3 Foundation support for developers
Discuss the full range of support provided by Parity and the Web3 Foundation to developers, including financial, technical and marketing aspects. Learn how to use these support resources to better advance your project.
3. Work and start a business in the Web3 field
Share experiences and insights from working and starting a business in the Web3 space. Introduce successful cases, challenges faced and opportunities for future development to provide inspiration for participants.
4. 2023 Polkadot Winter Hackathon
Reveal the secrets of the upcoming Polkadot Winter Hackathon 2023, and introduce in detail the competition topics, bonus settings, judging team and registration methods. Developers are encouraged to actively participate and explore the innovation and development of the Polkadot ecosystem.
