1) Technical personnel judge that this situation should be a problem with the ffmpeg file. Since the arm version is different from the X86 version, you need to use ffmpeg that supports the arm operating system. You can download the latest ffmpeg file from the website https://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/;
2) After downloading the file, replace the ffmpeg file in easycvr with this file;
3) Then give it execution permission (chmod 777 ffmpeg);
4) Finally, restart the service.
