Recently, the Peking University Library website announced that the 2023 edition of the "Overview of Chinese Core Journals" is open for purchase , which also means that the 10th edition of the Peking University Core Journals Catalog, which has attracted much attention from the academic community, has been released. Previously, the official website had announced that the review work was completed and the results had been notified to the relevant journals via email.
According to the selection notices published by some journals, 1,987 journals were selected in the 2023 edition of Peking University Core , while 1,990 journals were selected in the previous edition, the 2020 edition. The number is 3 less than the previous version.
