This error is most likely caused by the virtual machine VMware installed on your computer, and opening the shared folder of the virtual machine will cause the computer's port 443 to be occupied. (This is the case for me) The solution is as follows:

1. Open the virtual machine and select Edit ->Preferences in the menu bar
